4User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

7Service Availability and Modifications
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
7.2 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Service. However, for subscription-based services, we will provide reasonable advance notice of at least 30 days before discontinuing the Service to allow you to make alternative arrangements.

10Termination
10.1 Termination by You

We may terminate your access to our Service for breach of these Terms or other reasonable grounds. For subscription-based services, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice of termination where reasonably possible.
10.3 Data Retention After Termination
Upon termination, we will retain your personal data for a period of 30 days to allow for account recovery or dispute resolution. After this retention period, we will securely delete your personal information.
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be resolved through the courts of Sri Lanka.
